 We are pleased to host a meet and greet for Queens and Ambassadors to discuss common areas of interest and concerns. Meet and Greet will be in the Leduc room, May 3 at 3:30 p.m. Please register at gjwhf2027@gmail.com .

We are offering two rounds of card bingo. 

Register at gjwhf2027@gmail.com to play Tuesday, May 4 at 8:30 a.m. or at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5. There is no charge for this event. You can play both times. Limited to 90 participants per day.

Chair exercise with drumming class. No skill required; suitable for all levels. Class is limited to 40 participants. There is an extra cost of $10 per person to cover the instructors fee. Class is at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 4.

 Have fun creating your own tea cup fascinator to wear for Afternoon Tea. Class is on Tuesday, May 4 at 11:15 a.m.  All materials will be provided. There is an additional fee of $15 for supplies.

Have fun creating your own decorated wine glass. All materials will be provided.  Register at gjwhf2027@gmail.com for class on Tuesday, May 4 at 3:15. There is an additional cost of $20 to be submitted as per registration. Please advise if you would like a face or blinged up version so we can get the needed supplies. Designs will vary based on your material choices.

  You will have the opportunity to create a seasonal, red or purple tie necklace on Tuesday, May 4, at 4:30 p.m.  There is an additional fee of $15 per tie and can be submitted as per the registration method. Selections will vary per each design. The process takes only 5-10 minutes. Please register at gjwhf2027@gmail.com 

 We are offering participants to exchange bracelets, scarves and/or brooches. The exchange will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5. Each participant brings one item to exchange per category. You can participate in one, two or all three categories. To register submit your name and exchange category(ies)  to gjwhf2027@gmail.com. 

The highlight of our Funvention is scheduled for Wednesday, May 5 at 10:30 a.m. We have created a funfilled Olympics with five  events. We are looking for participants to compete in golf putting, ring toss, bean bag pitch, fishing, and sand box digging. No experience and all fitness levels accepted! Depending on numbers we may form teams.

 Pool Party! We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity for some fun in the pool. We have permission to use the pool for a free  pool party Wednesday afternoon, May 5, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. There will be noodles and beach balls plus music. There is also a fantastic water slide for your fun use. Unfortunately no food or drinks are allowed. For safety reasons the area is restricted to 25 ladies in the pool and 5 ladies in the hot tub. Depending on numbers, we may have to break this into two groups. You must register to participate at gjwhf2027@gmail.com. You are also free to use the pool at any time it is open."  

  Create a fun beaded bracelet using safety pins, beads and  elastic line. Register at gjwhf2027@gmail.com for class on Wednesday, May 5 at 1:00. There is an additional cost of $20 to be submitted as per registration. 

 We invite singles/pairs or groups of three or more to dress up as your favorite characters,pirates, rock stars, whatever grabs your fancy!  Girls just wanna have fun! Contest will take place after Tuesday dinner. To register submit your name and category  to gjwhf2027@gmail.com.
